and now for something random
Mar. 6th, 2009 09:04 pmOver the last couple weeks, I've occasionally turned to Downwood and said something completely random. Examples may have included "Pirating is all well and good, but there's nothing like washing windows to really know your true worth" or "Frankie wondered where the rubber duck had gone to come home with that sort of makeup - and whose thong was that, anyway?"
Now, these have begun to take over my Twitter feed. I tag them all with #IB-L, so I've got 135 characters to work with. It's a surprisingly fun exercise, if a little bizarre.
That's fine with me. The more of these I get out of my head, the fewer there are to take up valuable book-reading and quilt-making space. Because, you know, the aliens have implanted microchips into tomatoes and the only way to foil their dastardly plans is to pair them up with either jalapeno or garlic, both of which jam the signal.
