We put in an offer on a place Saturday evening. It's not our Barbie Dream Home, but it's big enough for us, Rain, Peanut, and our stuff. It's got a huge yard and a Basement of Holding.
We got the counter-offer back this afternoon. It's for the price we wanted, with all the stipulations that we put into the original offer. We just need some signatures and then to rearrange where we have our money.
Holy crap.
