good and bad

Good: Having an all-day seminar is like having a vacation day!
Bad: Going to the wrong hotel.
Good: Checking work email *and* getting to correct hotel before starting time.
Bad: Being the last one there and having to sit in the middle of a cramped table.
Good: The speaker was excellent.
Bad: Once again, the layout of the course was to give us teasers of how we could transform our lives/communication/work, but not have enough time to go into any of them in depth.
Good: I think I learned a lot.
Bad: I have a much further way to go on my Road Of Emotional Well-Being than I thought I did.
Good: Very little traffic on the beltline for easy going-home-ness.
Good: Dancing workouts always make me feel good.
Bad: If I don't get new shoulders for Christmas, I'm going to head to the North Pole, rip off Santa's arm, then beat him to death with it.
Good: I made a fluffy pumpkin pudding pie thingy that looks like it might actually taste good.
Good: I got to use a Lush mask tonight, since we hit a brick-and-mortar store yesterday.
Good: Tea is delicious.
Good: My dog is exceptionally cute.
Good: It's bedtime soon and I'm very tired.
