sabineI washed my hair this morning with Sonic Death Monkey (Lush) and conditioned it with Jungle (Lush). I then scrubbed the rest of me with Heavenly Bodies (still more Lush). I topped it all off with some Bliss perfume (BPAL). I am a walking bar of chocolate.
For actual reviewing purposes I will say that Sonic Death Monkey is fabulous both as body wash and as shampoo. The Jungle conditioner is a bit weird to use due to it being a hard, solid bar, but it works very well - my hair is extremely soft, much more curly than usual, and smells like tropical Skittles. The Heavenly Bodies buttercream smells nice, but I'm not sure how much I like smearing actual chocolate ("garnish" of actual shavings) on me when I'm trying to get clean.
Bliss is a very nice scent. It's straight-up dark chocolate. It doesn't smell overly sweet or cloying. As it's dried, the scent has either faded or I've gotten used to it. It smells like the kitchen when baking a devil's food cake. It's that sort of chocolate. I'm not as enamored with Bliss as I am with Dorian, Bewitched, Arcana, and Tintagel, but I think I'll be holding on to this imp for future days where I need a chocolate fix.
