Day 6 - I'm very thankful for my mute button. I've been on the phone with this person for 2.5 hours and I'm about at the end of my wits. Fuuuuuuuck.

In related news, I got another commendation for my patience and understanding with this difficult individual.

I need more tea. Argh.

1 - It'shard to type one-handed on an awesome ergonomic keyboard.

2 - It's hard to entertaining or understanding at home after spending 6 hours on the phone with a VERY DIFFICULT PERSON.

3 - It's hard to feel motivated when same difficult person wants you to call them First Thing and send a livemeetingthingy to work through their list.

4 - It's hard to take the wig cap off of and comb the snarls out of a new Twilight Sparkle wig with an old shellac manicure on one hand.

5 - Taking off a shellac manicure at home involves cotton balls, acetone, and tin foil to hold them in contact with the polish to be removed. For a minimum of 15 min. Longer means a better chance that the polish actually comes off.

6 - Acetone does NOT play nice with small cuts or cracks in the skin.

7 - So I'm one-handed

8 - There is no 8.

9 - My ankle has new bruise colors. I'm tempted to try the "throw boiling water when it's -20 outside" trick. These two things are not related

10 - It's a good thing kids are cute, otherwise the species would never have gotten this far
