I've started using HabitRPG (https://habitrpg.com) as a reward/accountability system. So far, it's working pretty well. If you're on and want to party up, I've created a team. It's just me, but I'm not too worried about it so far.
Step count - every day is up to 5k steps. Usually I can get a bit more than that. I've found that taking a 10 min walk around the building is a much better Bad Call Stress Reliever than stress eating. I feel better in the short term, I get away from my desk so as to not send any angry email, I get to listen to my book (Audible app TOTALLY ROCKS), and I feel better long term.
Exercise - I added some small exercise bits to my daily tasks. It's just the arms, legs, and abs that we do in dance, but I have hope that doing them daily will be better for me than doing them weekly. Crazy, I know.
Kids - Ox is starting to decide that walking is better than crawling. He's not totally vertical yet, but he's getting there. He's also starting to pack on the pounds again, thank all the gods. The new formula he's on is about $20 a day, but he's doing SO MUCH BETTER that I'm working on our budget to make sure we can keep getting this for him. Emi is still herself. She's amazing, wonderful, frustrating, silly, beautiful, smart, and the most perfect girl I could have hoped for.
Werk - Is work. Not fun. But pays bills and has insurance. Not going to complain.
Tattoo - Healing well. So pretty. My skin is so pale that the black seems REALLY stark. I'm excited to see how the color changes it. Waiting very impatiently for March 3.
Books - Listening to the Newsflesh trilogy is just as exciting as reading them. They did a good job on the narration. Man, do I love Audible. I also have a stack of books for my werk trip next week - Sense & Sensibility & Sea Monsters, The Mad Scientist's Guide to World Domination, Night-Mantled, Human Tales, The Mongoliad, and The Curse of the Good Girl. I'm happier when I have stories. This is known, but I need to make time for it.
Other stuff - Maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to finish some sewing projects. I have the workshop on Sunday, which will probably end with more projects, but it'll also involve using up some fabric from my stash, so that's good.
The rest of the stuff - Still working on other interpersonal relationships. Depression is locking me away again. I'm trying to work through it, but I'm afraid I've done permanent damage. Not sure if it can be fixed, though I'd like to.
