Resolutions
Jan. 2nd, 2013 08:37 pm1. Do something healthy every day. At a minimum, this means that I take my meds and use my light box. Exercise and cooking healthy also fall into this.
2. Do something with the creative side of my brain every day. I can sew, crochet, cook, blog, or work on game plotting. Video games and football don't count, but dance TOTALLY does.
3. Once a month, learn something new. More often is okay. Research for gaming counts, as do new crafts or brewing styles.
4. Do nice things for me. Get my hair or nails done. Steal an afternoon in my craft room. Read brain fluff comfort book. Things of that nature. Garden.
And, as always, work on being a good mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend.
These seem manageable. And should help me reach my goals.
