My mother, step-father, and mother's parents are up visiting for the weekend. One of the things that Mom brought with her is a photo album of pictures taken when I was a couple hours to a couple days old. Looking at the pictures is amazing: if you didn't know that they were of me, you would wonder why Mom printed photos of Emi with a retro look.

Seriously, this kid is my mini-me. Pretty much everyone says that she looks like her daddy, but based on these pictures, she's my clone. Downwood thinks that this is a good thing, since he thinks that a little version of me would be much cuter than a female version of him.

I'm still not getting a whole lot of sleep, but she and I have figured out nursing. She's still the center of my universe. It's a tiring, frustrating job, but so very much worth it.
