Seeing as how today is pay day, I just reserved my spot in the Yousry Sharif workshop in August. It's going to be two days of intense instruction where I will most likely feel hopelessly inadequate and totally inspired. As Miss Mona says, it's always good to take a class from a legend, if only to say that you did.

There's going to be a show on that Saturday night. I don't know who all will be performing, but it will be awesome. I get a ticket included in my workshop price and I already bought Downwood's ticket. If you're free from 6:45-9:30 on August 2, you should really consider coming to the show. It's only $10 and you can buy tickets through PayPal. I don' t know if the cost is going to go up if you buy tickets at the door.
