whew

For the first time in a week and a half, I am at work and feeling both calm and unpressured. This is an extremely good thing. The OMG!Crisis is mostly resolved for my customer and now I'm helping out with the other four customers it affects. But there's no one shouting or demanding anything at this moment, so I'm going to enjoy it.

In other news, George desperately needs new tires. Anyone in Madison have a recommendation where to go for them? He's a '93 Buick Century (tank), if that helps.

In the middle of a full-blown panic attack

If I've been in your vehicle or home in the past 10 days, could you take a look around and see if my USB flash drive is sitting somewhere? I can't find the blasted thing and it has several Very Important Files on it. I'm holding out hope that it's on my desk at work, but that's very unlikely at this point.

Trying hard to not outwardly panic. Not doing a very good job.

Never mind. I found it in a place I already looked three times. Stupid gremlins. Gah.
