mmm...coffee...
I fell asleep with the light on last night, reading Snowcrash again. Oh, how I love that book. It's not the best writing that Neal Stephenson's ever done, but the language is quite spiffy nonetheless. (For technically better writing, though a harder story to pick up, try Cryptonomicon.) I have the book pretty much memorized, by virtue of having it on my nightstand for most of one summer. I haven't fallen asleep in the middle of reading in quite a long time. It really confused me when I woke up some indeterminate amount of time later.
mmm...cookies....
I need motivation. I have to stay at work and not be a slacker, but the outside world is calling to me. I even have actual errand-type things to run, so I can almost justify leaving. Almost. *mutter* damn honor....
