oh man

It's a good thing I work with a lot of other smart, snarky people. I was cruising through old issue tickets to try to find a solution for something one of my customers wants. Sometimes 15 min spent trolling the archives will save 2 hr of investigation.

So I find a ticket that's exactly right - same issue, same concern, AND has a resolution. In their resolution, they included a great document with a step-by-step guide for how to do the build to solve the issue. I swiped the document and sent it to my customer. I then sent the tech who wrote the document this note.

This is just to say /
I have stolen the setup document /
That you put into this ticket /
Forgive me /
It is awesome /
And exactly what my customer needs /

There's something wrong with my brain, but I can't quite put my finger on it.
