Remember how your mother taught you to make sure that you had all your ingredients before starting to cook? That was something that you Shouldn't Forget. Start doing that again, please.

Also, let's try to keep the caffiene consumption somewhat constant. These drastic changes are not good for our equilibrium. I don't think this is asking too much.
